Tuition & Aid Information

• This is a reminder to be sure you are registered as a parishioner and have turned in your stewardship card for 2026 to St. Bartholomew Church if you are registering your children at the Parishioner rate. Parish stewardship cards are sent out in February.
• Please also check your FACTS prepaid accounts for after school care, athletics fees and field trips. Registrations will be held for families with negative balances until they are paid in full or arrangements made for repayment.
• Contact the School Office, 812-379-9353, to make payment arrangements.

1. Qualified Applicant: Apply for a Choice Scholarship (2026-2027)
   1. Contact the school office, 812-379-9353. 
   2. Submit proof of residency. 
   3. Once residency has been verified, the Scholarship Coordinator will contact you to sign the scholarship paperwork and you will see your tuition balance decrease by $TBD in FACTS.

St. Bartholomew Catholic School provides financial assistance to as many students with demonstrated financial need as possible. There are several ways you can receive financial assistance:

• Indiana Choice Scholarship Program
  • This is state program that allows tuition to "follow the child".  You only need to prove residency to qualify. See more details below or view the Indiana Choice Scholarship page.
• SGO Scholarships
  • Available to St. Bartholomew Church & Holy Trinity parishioner families only. 
  • Made possible through donations, SGO Scholarships are available in amounts up to $1,000 per student. See more information on the SGO Scholarship page.

We are pleased to offer FACTS Tuition Management. FACTS works with schools across the country to provide tuition management services that make education more affordable. Parents can pay tuition and fees over time, using a variety of payment methods, making it easier to afford a quality education for their children. We use FACTS for tuition payments but also for field trip accounts, athletics accounts and much more!  Anything here at St. Bartholomew that requires parents' payment is done through FACTS.  Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card and Automatic Bank Draft.  Please note, payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.
